Making a Revamper Purchase
 
Making your purchase has been made as easy as possible, simply browse our online store, click on ‘add to basket’ button when you spot an item that you wish to buy, this item will then be added to your shopping basket clearly showing you the price of the item and the cost of postage & packing; now press either ‘proceed to checkout’ button to complete the transaction or press ‘continue shopping’ button to browse again. If you wish to remove an item press ‘remove’ button ‘then ‘update cart’ button. Once at the checkout you will be requested to give details to enable us to satisfy your order. Revamper accept credit card and debit card payments via PayPal online. For cheque payments please contact us using the online Contact Form.
 
Delivery
 
Our normal delivery schedule is within 21 days, subject to delays beyond our control. All our items are delivered using Royal Mail/ Recorded Delivery. Price of postage & packing is stated clearly for each item on the website. In the unfortunate event of items missing or lost in the post, please email us for details of proof of posting, which should allow you to trace your parcel.
 
Orders
 
Most of our items are “One Offs” and as such, we find it difficult to take repeat orders. However, if you have such a request please email Revamper using the online contact form and we will endeavour to do our very best to offer something similar.
 
Sales Tax
 
No sales tax is added to your order. The price you see for the item is the price you Pay (excluding Postage & Packing). * Revamper is a small business & not VAT registered.

Items on this site are “Bought as Seen” and are Individually Customised Retro, Vintage and Resurrected New to You hand finished items and as such, small flaws and slight wear, may be an integral part of their charm.

Items once purchased are non-returnable/ non-refundable. Your Statutory Rights remain unaffected.
