    Based on our review, we’ll recommend the most suitable revamp package for your website. Pricing is determined by the site’s complexity, including the number of pages and existing functionality.

    Once the initial brief and revamp package are agreed upon, we’ll invoice a 30% non-refundable deposit. This upfront payment secures your project slot and covers the initial setup work before we begin building your new website.

  • 4) Website Creation

    Using Squarespace, we’ll revamp your website with a fresh, modern design tailored to your selected package. Within approximately 14 days, we’ll have a first version ready for your review, accessible via a password-protected preview.

  • 5) Review

    You’ll review the website and provide any feedback. At this stage, we’ll activate the 1 year Squarespace Basic plan and make any necessary design iterations until you’re happy with the final version.

    Once approved, the remaining 70% balance is invoiced before full ownership is transferred.

Final Steps

Domain Connection

Once ownership is transferred, your website will continue using a Squarespace built-in domain (e.g., yoursite.squarespace.com). If you'd like to connect your existing domain, additional setup is required. You can handle this yourself through Squarespace’s domain settings, or if you'd prefer, we’d be happy to assist you with the connection process.

  • Your satisfaction is our priority! After the initial review, we’ll activate your Squarespace Basic plan for one year and give you the opportunity to review the website and provide feedback. We’ll work collaboratively with you to make any necessary revisions within this time period. We’re committed to addressing any outstanding issues within reason to ensure you're happy with the final result.

    After this period, it is the client's responsibility to extend the Squarespace plan. Once the plan expires, we will no longer be able to make changes to the website.

  • No, your existing website will remain live while we work on the revamp. The new website will be built separately on Squarespace, and once it’s ready, we’ll transition everything smoothly to avoid any downtime.

  • Your Squarespace website will include the Basic plan for the duration of your package. This will be activated after the initial review. Should you wish to keep your website live after the plan expires, you’ll need to continue the subscription with Squarespace. We can help you select the best plan for your needs if you're unsure.

  • Absolutely! If you already have a domain, it can be connected to your new Squarespace website. You can handle this yourself, or we can assist with the setup.

  • Yes! The revamped website will be fully responsive, meaning it will look great on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
